I like vector art, I really do. It's nice and clean to look at, and it's fun to make. I usually use wallpapers made in vector programs. But looking through the vector wallpapers here is something of an exercise in futility.

First off is the entire lack of originality. Please, PLEASE, if you're making a vector wallpaper, do NOT include the following things: Spraypaint drips, flying bird silhouettes, radiating lines, and concentric circles. PLEASE. I have seen more concentric circles on one page of DeviantArt than anybody should have to see their whole lives.

Secondly, stop using Photoshop brushes somebody else made. These aren't original, and by definition the image you're creating isn't vector. The brushes themselves are, but you're using them in a raster program. Vector isn't a stylistic term, it's an actual technical term that refers to a program that uses mathematical equations to create images that can be up- or downscaled with no loss, rather than using a pixel-by-pixel method like raster. Learn the difference. Dammit.
